This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 July 1999.
Abstract

The common organization of the market in wine shall comprise rules governing wine-production potential, market mechanisms, producer organizations and sectoral organizations, oenological practices and processes, description, designation, presentation and protection, quality wine psr, and trade with third countries. Specific rules for planting of wines, planting and replanting rights are set in this Regulation.
