Abstract

The present Regulation establishes detailed rules for the application of article 70 of Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 with regard to accompanying documents for the carriage of wine products. Title I deals with accompanying documents for the carriage of wine products. Title II concerns the records to be kept by natural or legal persons and groups of persons who hold wine products, for whatever professional or commercial purposes.
