Abstract

The National Reserve of Planting Rights consists of the planting rights allocated to the Cypriot Republic by article 5, paragraph 2 of the European Community Regulation No. 1493/99 on the common organisation of the wine market. Any person wishing to obtain planting rights from the National Reserve of Planting Rights, must apply to the Wine Products Board using the form (Type A of the Annex) within the first three months of the viniculture period (1st August to 31st October).
