Abstract

This Order of the States Board of Health, made under the Food and Drugs (Guernsey) Law, 1970, implements the Community provisions set out in the Schedule to this Order concerned with the production and marketing of wine. The Chief Revenue Officer shall be responsible for the enforcement and execution of those provisions. It shall be an offence for a person to contravene or to fail to comply with any Community provision here implemented.
