Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes: (1) the way of keeping the register of grape and wine growers, and data processed in the register; (2) information to be communicated to growers in the register, the procedure and method of registration; (3) requirements for professional skills, facilities and equipment for the production of grape must, wine and other products; (4) administrative units that maintain the register; (5) the way of obtaining permits for the reconstruction of vineyards. This Regulation is composed of 29 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Control register (Sec. 2); Method of entry in the register (Sec. 3); Crop and stock declarations (Sec. 4); Authorization (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
