Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is the enforcement of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organization of the market in wine. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities in the individual states shall authorize the cultivation of new vine plantations i. In particular, the state governments shall issue provisions as to details and in particular to the compliance with maximum cultivation areas. The text consists of 4 articles.
