Abstract This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of 10 articles and two Annexes, establishes detailed conditions for the implementation of the measures of the common organization of the market in wine, and adapts directly applicable regulations of the European Community. In particular, the Regulation establishes provisions concerning support for: production of grape juice (art. 2); use of concentrated grape must or rectified concentrate to increase the strength of the product (art. 3); private storage of products (art. 4); distillation of wine (art. 5); restructuring of vineyards (art. 8).
