Abstract

This Directive lays down rules governing the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production within the European Community. Annex I specifies the genera and species (as well as their hybrids) covered by the scope of these provisions. The rules above-mentioned include labelling and presentation requirements.
