This Ordinance entered into force on 30 July 2020.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance laying down requirements for the marketing of propagating material of fruit plants and fruit plants intended for fruit production. In particular, the present Ordinance establishes requirements for visual inspection, sampling, testing and appropriate measures according to genera or species and relevant categories of propagating material specified in Annex 5.
