Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 44 articles and seven Annexes, lays down: (a) requirements for the marketing of propagating material of fruit plants and fruit plants intended for fruit production; (b) families, species and their hybrids to which these requirements apply. For the purposes of these provisions propagating material means seed, part of a plant and other plant material, including rootstock intended for the propagation and production of fruit trees.
