This Order enters into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

This Order transposes into the national legislation the rules and provisions contained in the Council Directive 2008/90/EC of 29 September 2008 on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production, in order to establish a common system for variety registration and related affairs for the controlled and safe marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.
