This Ordinance enters into force on 30 September 2012.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance laying down the requirements for fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production. In particular, the present Ordinance amends repealing provisions specified in art. 14 of the amended Ordinance.
