Abstract This Regulation lays down the Community methods for the analysis of wines which, in the context of commercial transaction and all control operations, are intended to: (1) establish the composition of the products listed in article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No. 822/87; (2) check whether these products have been subjected to treatments in violation of authorized oenological practices.
