The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of seven paragraphs and one Annex. From the batch of grapes intended for the production of grape wine, the sample of grapes is taken from at least three different places of this batch, each 1 kg of grapes. Samples of grapes and grape wine during fermentation are taken in the place and period of the process of enrichment. Natural level of alcohol is established on the day of sampling grapes. The Annex specifies the procedure of establishing the level of alcohol in grapes.
