Abstract The aim of this Act is to prevent generation of wastes in mining industry, limit their harmful influence to the environment, human life and health. The Act establishes rules of management of mining wastes and contaminated soil, rules of keeping object of mining wastes neutralization, procedures concerning receiving authorizations relating to mining wastes management, and procedures concerning preventing serious incidents in object of mining wastes neutralization.
