Abstract The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes scope, time, way and conditions of the monitoring of facilities for mining waste disposal, form of report on results of monitoring, frequency and deadline of preparing the report. Annex 1 specifies frequency of testing surface, leaching and underground water. Annex 2 specifies the form of report on results of monitoring.
