This Regulation entered into on 16 July 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, lays down the scope, time, manner and conditions of monitoring facilities of disposal of mining wastes, the model of the report on results of such monitoring and the frequency of its preparation and the deadline for its presentation. This monitoring includes the phase of exploitation and the phase after the closure - 30 years starting from the day of the cessation of mining waste storage.
