Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, lays down the detailed scope of characteristics of mining waste and the method of collecting and verifying information used for the characteristics of mining waste. Characteristics of mining waste is prepared on the basis of existing studies and documents, including the applicable administrative decisions, results of geological surveys, available data on comparable places of mining, lists of neutral mining waste, certification programs, European and national standards for similar material.
