Abstract

The Act shall apply to any waste (such as waste of animal origin, waste waters) and to waste management activities and installations. The Act comprises ten chapters and four annexes. The Act sets out in Chapter II the principles and general rules of waste management, the obligations of the manufacturers, distributors, and consumers of goods and of the producers, owners of waste.
