Abstract

This Decree applies to the neutralization of waste by disposal, to the authorization, operation, closing down and care after closing of landfills; to wastes that can be neutralized by disposal; to the control of landfills. The Decree makes distinction between landfill for hazardous waste, for non-hazardous waste and for inert waste. Detailed rules regarding general technical requirements of creation, operation and control of landfills are laid down in Annexes 1, 2, and 3. Only pre-treated wastes
