Entry into force notes: The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 1 June 2013.

Abstract: This Decree applies to waste that can be disposed by waste tipping falling under the scope of the Waste Management Act, to waste tipping and activities related to the setting-up, operation, restoration and after-care of landfill and to the permit of these activities, and to the re-examination, operation and restoration of landfills without technical protection.
