Entry into force notes

The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 January 2014.

Abstract

The competent authority for import, export and transfer of waste is the National Central Inspectorate for Environmental and Nature Protection and Water Management. The annexes to this Decree shows the notification form sample and other accompanying documents to be submitted to the authority.
