Abstract This Regulation prescribes the minimum amount of flour that can be obtained by milling wheat of standard quality, rye and maize, the maximum amount of flour used for the production of certain bakery and other similar and/or related products, and the method of data collection regarding the traceability of the product, the method of keeping records of production and the method of reporting of data to the ministry responsible for agriculture on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
