The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

With this Decree the amendments made to Directive 2002/26/EC as regards sampling methods and methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of ochratoxin A in certain foodstuffs are adopted and incorporated to the Greek legislative frame. Therefore, Annex I to Decree No. 519/2002, which describes the methods to be applied to carry out the sampling for the official control of the levels of ochratoxin A in foodstuffs, is amended as set out in the Annex to the present Decree.
