Abstract: This Act makes provision for the control on the trade in and placing on the market and use of fertilizers, pesticides and biological control agents for use in agriculture, products for the feeding of domestic animals or livestock and substances used for the maintenance or improvement of health of domestic animals, livestock, poultry, birds, wild animals or fish.
