Abstract

With this Notice the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 1 of the Fertilizer, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947 extends the scope of the farm feed definition to include farm feeds which are prepared by or prepared on behalf of any person in accordance with his or her directions for his own use. The Notice also requires all farm feeds that are used for feeding animals in the Republic to be registered in terms of the Act.
