Abstract

These Regulations provide for the registration of farm feeds and specify requirements regarding composition , labelling and packing of feeds and regarding establishments manufacturing such feeds. They also place restrictions on the use of controlled substances and provide for inspections and other matters of miscellaneous character. "Farm feed" is defined as animal feed in any acceptable mixture of feedstuff. The substances that are undesirable in animal feed are set out in Table 2 to these Regulations. Animal feed may only be imported through prescribed ports.
