Abstract This Notification provides rules for the technical and hygienic production, packaging, storage, transportation and marketing of fermented milk products. This Notification shall apply to fermented milk products, concentrated fermented milk products, heat-treated fermented milk products and composite milk products based on these products. This Notification lays down provisions on raw materials and product features; food additives; veterinary drug residues; coccidiostat and histomonostat residues; flavorings; pesticide residues; hygiene; packaging and labeling; food enzymes; vitamins and minerals; transport and storage; sampling and analysis methods; and administrative sanctions.
