Entry into force notes
The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

The aim of this Notification is to ensure that fermented products are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It encloses fermented milk products, fermented UHT milk products and composite milk products based on these products. The Notification further sets forth the product features and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
