This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the frequency sampling of carcases, minced meat and meat preparations and the conditions and ways of reducing the number of elementary units in a sample of objects with smaller production capacity in relation to the requirements prescribed in the Regulation on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs (Official Gazette 74/08, 156/08).
