Abstract

Subdivision of state veterinary supervision at fish farming, fishing, processing, storage and trade establishments regarding marine fishes, freshwater fishes and other aquatic biodiversity is set up irrespectively of the departmental subordination or form of property of the establishment. Subdivision makes part of one of the institutions of district (city) state veterinary service. Sub-division comprises veterinary physicians, veterinary medical attendants, veterinary laboratory assistants and veterinary orderlies. In their activity sub-divisions are independent of manufacturer, supplier and consumer of produce and are protected by the state in the process of carrying out their professional duties. The Regulation consists of 6 Secs. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards the tasks of the sub-divisions. Section 4 regards rights of sub-divisions. Section 5 establishes liability. Section 6 regards inter-action with administration and production divisions of the establishments.
