The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes veterinary requirements for the production of meat intended for own use, including: requirements applying to the health of animals from which the meat comes; requirements for slaughtering on the area of farm; requirements concerning examination of meat after the slaughter; way of marking meat. The owner of livestock, excluding pigs, poultry and rabbits, notifies veterinary officer at least 24 hours before the slaughter about the intention of such slaughter. The form of this notification is specified in the Annex.
