Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 8 September 2008, except for provisions of part I point 6 which enter into force on 16 October 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Government amends 7 points of the Regulation establishing detailed conditions for the implementation of the measures of the common organization of the market in wine. The Regulation establishes provisions concerning: premium for grubbing-up vineyards (art. 2); determination of priority criteria and conditions for good agricultural and environmental state (art. 3); Deciding on premium for grubbing-up vineyards (art. 4).
