Abstract This Regulation amends Article 2 regarding the working procedures and principles of food control laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the private food control laboratories, for the analysis of food, all kinds of substances and materials that come into contact with food, and plant organs such as leaves, stems and roots grown for feed and food production; Article 22 regarding the obligation of private food control laboratories of notifying the General Directorate about the proficiency test result; and the Provisional Clause 1 regarding the cancellation of working permits of universities and some institutions which are issued before the publication date of the principal Regulation.
