This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down provisions on the inspection, duties, powers and responsibilities, working procedures and principles of the food control laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, as well as the establishment permit, work permit, inspection, working procedures and principles of the private food control laboratories established or to be established belonging to real and legal persons. This Regulation shall apply to the safety, hygiene and quality analyzes of food, all kinds of substances and materials that come into contact with food, and plant organs such as leaves, stems and roots grown for feed and food production.
