Abstract

Some amendments and addenda are hereby laid down to Regional Act No. 13 of 2001 which regulates interventions intended for the qualification of beef and beef products. Article 3 is entirely replaced by the text laid down in article 1 hereto, relating to the subsidies that may be granted by the Region in the beef sector. The paragraph contained in article 2 of this Act shall be added to article 4 of Regional Act No. 13. This new provision refers to the voluntary labelling system provided for in Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000.
