Abstract

El presente Real Decreto aprueba la reglamentación técnico-sanitaria de aceites vegetales comestibles, que tiene por objeto fijar con carácter obligatorio las normas de obtención, elaboración, industrialización y comercialización de los aceites comestibles de origen vegetal así como las denominaciones, características y demás requisitos legalmente exigibles a tales productos, cualquiera que sea su procedencia, nacional o de importación.
