Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Food Act of 9 October 1992 and the Introductory Law of 9 June 1996 relating to the federal food legislation. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Consumer Protection and Veterinary Office is responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation.
