Abstract The present Law implements the Federal Act of 9 October 1992 on on foodstuff and objects of daily use. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in the Canton St. Gallen. Article 1 establishes that the Health and Consumer Protection Office is responsible for the implementation of the federal food legislation. The text consists of 11 articles.
