No. 397/1994). Article 10(1) on meat processing plants subject to exceptions, is amended. Also amended is Annex C, Chapter 3, laying down regulations for plants processing offals. Sections 1 to 3 list the hygienic requirements for such processing. For example, the original products must come from animals previously cleared by an official veterinary.
