Abstract

An Ordinance to establish sanitary provisions relating to the production, treatment, storage and transport of meat. Only inspected meat may be processed. The general requirements for meat processing plants are contained in Annex A; Annex B establishes special provisions for meat products. A strict veterinary control is prescribed; the wrapping and packing is also laid down in details.
