Abstract

This Order regulates the using of certain preservatives in food for human consumption. It consists of 5 articles specifying maximum residue limit of such food additive in fruit (in particular citrus). It also specifies methods and requirements for carrying out controls on samples of such products, as well as labelling requirements to be satisfied.
