Abstract This Decree-Law, composed of 5 articles, introduces in the National legal system the EC Directive 2003/114/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ruling food additives other than colours and sweeteners. The decree-Law specifies maximum residue limit as well as methods and requirements for carrying out controls on samples of such products, as well as labelling requirements to be satisfied.
