This Law enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decision, with the view of implementing the European Community legislation concerning the labelling of beef and bovine products, introduces additional measures to national legislation after the issue regarding the bovine spongiform encephalopathy that emerged at a european and world-wide level. It also fixes the institution of an Interdisciplinary Committee for the follow-up and evaluation of dangers related with this issue.
