The Circular deals with the granting of financial assistance to the organizations above-mentioned, the initiatives to be encouraged by the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies (such as projects regarding the traceability of fish products, improvement of quality, market transparency) and the requirements to be met by organizations in order to be recognized.
