These Regulations enter into force on 20 December 2002.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe certain food safety standards, and contain specific permissions relating to fluoridated water, and the sale of artificial drinks and hemp seed oil in New Zealand. Offences and penalties are provided for in regulation 23. (28 regulations and 2 Schedules)
