Abstract

These regulations amends the Food Regulations 2015 (the principal regulations). In particular they insert a New Part 8 after regulation 153, on various food standards and related matters. It concerns standards relating to labelling of imported wine (name and description) and standards relating to water. This regulation applies to water that may be added to food and is supplied by a drinking-water supplier; it requires that the water must be potable; and may include fluoride to a level permitted under any drinking-water standard. of the wine shown on a label of imported wine
