These Regulations enter into force 28 days after their publication in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food (Safety)Regulations 2002 by substituting a new definition of off-licence and by revoking regulation 25, which permits artificial drinks to be sold with a caffeine level of up to 200 parts per million.
