Abstract

These Regulations empower the Minister to approve in particular circumstances different methods for the "heat treatment" of ice-cream: the heating of a mixture to, and the retention of specified temperature for either 15 or 30 minutes, or in the case of a particular machine or process, the heating of a mixture to, and its retention at such temperature, for such period, by such means and subject to such conditions as may be approved by the Minister for that particular machine or process.
