Abstract

This Directive establishes the methods to be implemented for testing certain sugars destined to human consumption. The objective of the analyses is the verification of the criteria set out in Annex I. Annex II lays down the above-mentioned methods of analysis to verify the composition of certain sugars intended for human consumption.
